From Hillary to Hurricane Hermine: Your Weekly Briefing

Rio's 2016 Paralympics opening ceremony was broadcasted on Wednesday, officially beginning the worldwide competition.  While the events receive far less views, it's still considered a privilege for these special athletes to compete and for patriotic individuals to support their country.  The Paralympics are a great opportunity for those without arms to run track, those without legs to play basketball, and those without egos to swim.
